Legal documents
Four documents govern how we handle data, how we assess counterparties and how a complaint is dealt with. Each page below describes what its document covers.
The operative text of this document has not been published yet. This page sets out what the document will cover so the structure can be reviewed; it is not itself a policy and should not be relied on as one.

Four, and what each one is for
Where this stands
Three things worth saying plainly
Nothing here is a policy yet
Each page sets out what its document will cover so the structure can be reviewed. None of them is operative text, and none should be relied on as though it were.
The text comes from counsel
Policy wording carries legal consequence and is drafted by the company's legal advisers, not assembled from templates. That is slower and it is the only defensible route.
Due diligence can be answered now
Firms assessing us often need these documents before they are public. Ask and you will be told where the current draft stands rather than being sent an empty link.
Assessing us as a supplier?
Ask for what you need. It is a normal request and a straight answer is faster than waiting for a page to be published.
