Release notes
What changes, and how you hear about it
Each product has its own release stream. Entries appear here once the release record is confirmed; anything that affects a running deployment reaches customers directly well before that.
Shipped, not promised
Every entry ties back to a real console change
A release note here means the described screen, endpoint or setting is live in the product, not on a roadmap.

How we announce
Three things about how changes reach you
Customers hear first
Anything affecting a live deployment reaches your named contact before it appears on a public page. A release note is a record, not the announcement.
Some surfaces barely move
The account model, reporting layer and API surface are held stable on purpose, because deployments depend on them. Changes there are rare and announced well ahead.
Breaking changes are named as such
If something requires action from you, it says so plainly rather than being described as an improvement and discovered later.
Running one of these already?
Your deployment contact tells you what is coming before it ships. This page is the record afterwards, not the way you should be finding out.
