Funding
Passing is where most programmes stop paying attention, and where the commercial relationship actually begins. The funded account, the payout and the scaling path are what decide whether this is a business.
See it live
The rule schedule that continues after funding
Which limits carry over, which relax, and the payout eligibility window all sit in the same schedule that governed the evaluation.

Three expensive mistakes
All of them happen after somebody passes
Treating the pass as the finish line
The evaluation fee was the easy revenue. Everything that decides whether the programme is profitable happens in the funded relationship that follows.
Paying out without checking the programme
A payout approved because the balance is there, rather than because the rules were met, is how a firm discovers its consistency requirement was never enforced.
Scaling on request rather than on evidence
Increasing capital because a trader asked is a decision with no basis. Scaling tied to sustained performance is defensible and can also scale back down.
What does your first payout look like?
The eligibility check, the split calculation and the record behind the decision. That sequence is what traders describe to other traders.
