Surveillance
Not every profitable client is a problem, and not every loss is toxic flow. Surveillance is about telling the difference with evidence, so a restriction can be defended rather than merely applied.
See it live
Evidence, not a shared impression
Every alert this section produces carries its status and severity in one queue, so a restriction is backed by a record rather than a hunch.

Three ways desks get this wrong
The common approach costs you customers and misses the real problem
Profit is not evidence
A client who is up on the month may simply be good, or lucky. Restricting them on profitability alone loses you a customer and teaches you nothing about your actual exposure.
Instinct does not survive review
Every desk has a view on which clients are a problem. Almost none can produce the evidence when asked, which makes the restriction hard to defend and easy to get wrong.
The signal is in the timing
Hold time, fill quality and what the price did immediately afterwards separate skill from structural cost far more reliably than the profit and loss column does.
What is in this section
Four pages, from detection to the alert somebody reads
Most desks suspect. Few can prove it.
Bring a period of your own flow and we will run the surveillance output against it, so the conversation is about your clients rather than about the feature.
