Payments
A deposit that fails silently costs more than one that fails loudly. These pages cover how funds arrive, how they leave, and what the platform does when a provider stops behaving.
See it live
Money in, money out, one ledger
Deposits, withdrawals and every conversion in between sit on the same balances your treasury team already reports from — nothing here is reconciled separately.

Three things worth saying first
What actually decides whether a payment setup works
The failure rate is the number that matters
Conversion on the funding screen and the share of attempts that complete tell you more about a payment setup than any feature list. Most desks have never been shown either.
Retries are where money is lost twice
A retry that is not idempotent creates a duplicate charge, and a duplicate charge costs more in support and goodwill than the original deposit was worth.
Outbound is a trust product
Clients forgive a slow deposit. They tell other people about a slow withdrawal. The outbound path deserves the same engineering as the inbound one.

Bring your provider mix and your completion rate and we will show you what routing and retry logic would change.
