Your systems find out when something happens

Registration, verification outcome, deposit confirmed, withdrawal executed, group change, limit breach — each can be pushed to an endpoint you control, signed, retried on failure and logged.

Delivered on the fourth attempt. Nothing was lost.

What makes webhooks dependable

An event system you cannot trust is worse than polling

Per-event subscription

Subscribe only to the event types you act on, so your endpoint is not handling traffic it will discard.

Signed payloads

Every delivery carries a signature over the body, so your endpoint can verify it genuinely came from the platform.

signature

Retries with backoff

A failed delivery is retried on an increasing interval rather than dropped or hammered, with a cap you configure.

backoff

Delivery log

Every attempt is recorded with its response, so a missing event is diagnosable rather than mysterious.

log

Replay

A delivery can be replayed from the log after you fix the receiving end, which avoids reconstructing state by hand.

replay

The payload, exactly as it arrives

A signed JSON body lands at your endpoint the moment the event fires, with the delivery attempt and response logged alongside it.

An event reaching your system

The interesting part is what happens when your endpoint is down

  1. Occur

    The platform event fires

Events are raised as part of the action that caused them rather than by a separate poller, so nothing is missed between cycles.

  2. Sign

    Payload signed and sent

The body is signed with your secret and posted to your configured endpoint for that event type.

  3. Retry

    Backoff, not abandonment

A non-success response schedules a retry on an increasing interval up to the limit you set, so a brief outage on your side costs nothing.

  4. Replay

    Recover after a longer outage

Deliveries that exhausted their retries remain in the log and can be replayed once your endpoint is healthy.

What event-driven integration enables

Polling is either slow or expensive. Usually both.

Immediate reaction

Your systems act on a deposit or verification the moment it happens.

Lower load

No polling means no repeated requests returning nothing.

Recoverable

The delivery log and replay mean an outage on your side does not lose events.

Diagnosable

Recorded attempts and responses turn a missing event into a five-minute check.

FAQ

Webhooks: common questions

5 short answers to what teams ask before a demo.

Registration, verification outcomes, deposits and withdrawals at each stage, internal transfers, group and permission changes, and limit or risk threshold breaches. You subscribe per event type.

Each payload carries a signature computed over the body with your shared secret. Verifying it before acting is the recommended pattern and is documented with examples.

Delivery is retried on an increasing interval up to a configured limit. Deliveries that exhaust their retries remain in the log and can be replayed once you are healthy again.

Yes. Every attempt is recorded with its payload, timestamp and the response received, so a missing event can be traced rather than guessed at.

Events carry a sequence and a timestamp so you can order them on receipt. Network retries mean delivery order is not guaranteed, which is why the sequence is included.
