Platform balances that agree with what you actually hold
TradeX tracks digital asset balances against the custody arrangement you operate. Confirmation thresholds, hot and cold segregation and reconciliation are all handled without prescribing which custodian you use.

What the custody layer handles
The platform does not hold your assets. It makes sure the numbers about them are right.
Custodian agnostic
The platform integrates with the custody provider you have chosen rather than requiring a specific one, which keeps that decision yours.
Hot and cold segregation
Operational and reserve holdings are tracked separately, with thresholds that flag when the operational balance needs replenishing.
Per-asset confirmations
Each asset carries its own confirmation threshold before a deposit is credited, because the appropriate number differs considerably by network.
Continuous reconciliation
Platform balances are compared against custody holdings on a schedule, and any discrepancy is surfaced rather than absorbed.
Address management
Deposit addresses are issued per account and per asset, with the mapping recorded so an incoming transfer is attributed automatically.
See it live
Security toggles alongside custody settings
Two-factor confirmation, device management and withdrawal safeguards sit next to the custody arrangement, giving a client one place to check what protects their holdings.

Following an asset through the platform
Four stages, and what is recorded at each of them
- Address
Each account gets its own destination
A deposit address is issued per account and asset, with the mapping stored so an arriving transfer is attributed without manual intervention.
- Confirmation
Credited when the threshold is reached
Incoming transfers are watched and credited once the confirmation count configured for that asset is met. The pending state is visible to the client throughout.
- Segregation
Operational and reserve tracked apart
Holdings are attributed to operational or reserve custody, with alerts when the operational balance falls below the threshold you set.
- Reconciliation
Compared, and discrepancies raised
Platform balances are reconciled against custody holdings on a schedule, and any difference is raised as an exception with the assets involved identified.
Why reconciliation is the whole game
In digital assets, the difference between recorded and actual holdings is the risk that matters.
Nothing silently adjustedDiscrepancies found early
Scheduled reconciliation catches a difference while it is still small and explicable.
Custody flexibility
Because the platform is agnostic, changing custodian is a project you can actually undertake.
Appropriate confirmation policy
Per-asset thresholds mean fast networks credit quickly without weakening the policy on slower ones.
Audit readiness
A reconciled ledger against custody statements is exactly what an auditor asks to see first.
FAQ
Custody and wallets: common questions
5 short answers to what teams ask before a demo.
No. The platform tracks balances and reconciles them against the custody arrangement you operate. Choosing and contracting with a custody provider remains your decision.
It is configured per asset, because the appropriate threshold differs considerably between networks. The client sees the pending state and the confirmations accumulating throughout.
They are tracked as separate attributions of the same asset, with a configurable threshold that alerts when operational holdings fall low enough to need replenishing from reserve.
The scheduled reconciliation raises an exception identifying the asset and the size of the difference. Nothing is silently adjusted, because a silent adjustment is how a small problem becomes an unexplainable one.
Each account and asset has its own issued deposit address, and the mapping is stored. An arriving transfer is therefore attributed automatically without anyone matching references by hand.
