Currency trading without a platform dedicated to it
Major, minor and exotic pairs run on the same engine as every other asset class. What changes is the margin model, the swap treatment and the trading calendar — all configuration rather than a separate deployment.

What a currency desk configures
Currency markets have their own conventions
These are the ones the platform handles for you.
Leverage tiers
Set per instrument and per client group, with notional bands that step effective leverage down as a position grows.
Swap and rollover
Overnight financing applied per instrument at the rates and times you configure, with the triple-charge convention handled on the day you choose.
Session-aware hours
Trading hours follow the market calendar, including holidays and the weekly break, so orders are not accepted into a closed market.
Your pricing
Quotes come from the liquidity you connect, aggregated where you have several sources, with your markup applied per instrument and group.
See it live
Leverage tiers beside swap settings, per group
Leverage bands by client group sit next to swap and rollover settings on one screen, the same configuration a currency pair reads from at submission.

Listing a pair
Four steps to a tradeable instrument
None of them requires a release.
- 01
Define the contract
Contract size, tick value, quote precision, minimum and maximum order size and the margin currency are entered once against the instrument.
- 02
Attach a liquidity source
The instrument is mapped to one or more upstream sources. Where several are connected, the platform aggregates and applies your markup.
- 03
Set leverage and limits
Leverage bands, price bands, size caps and exposure limits are set per group. The stricter of instrument and group always applies.
- 04
Publish to the right clients
Groups without the instrument never see it in search, the watchlist or the market list.

Swap rates are configured per instrument for long and short sides, applied at the rollover time you set. The convention of charging several days at once ahead of the weekend is configurable, including which day it falls on.
Yes, and it usually should. Leverage is a group property so a jurisdiction-capped retail tier and a professional tier can trade the same instrument on different terms.
From the liquidity sources you connect. Where several are attached to an instrument the platform aggregates them, then applies the markup you have configured for the client group before quoting.
Yes. Each instrument carries a trading calendar covering session hours, the weekly break and holidays. Orders are not accepted into a closed market, and resting orders are held rather than cancelled.
